What happens next?

My college is registered for CCSSE 2013.  What happens next?

 

  1. Your CCSSE Liaison will e-mail an electronic CCSSE 2013 Procedure Guide and finalized Administration Timeline to you on Monday, November 5, 2012. In this communication, you will also be sent registration instructions for an orientation webinar. Orientation webinars are scheduled for November 27-28, 2012, AND December 3-6, 2012, to provide further overview of the administration and sampling processes for the spring 2013 administration.

  2. Note that there are several early deadlines for optional CCSSE membership services
    • Consortium Participation
      A group of three or more colleges with common interests, characteristics, or locations may form a CCSSE consortium and receive comparative aggregated data reports and, if the group chooses, administration and analysis of consortium custom survey items.  For more information about consortium membership, visit http://www.ccsse.org/join/options.cfm#consortia.

    Deadline to confirm consortium participation: November 16, 2012
    Deadline to submit consortium custom survey items: December 7, 2012

    Deadline to submit custom survey items: December 7, 2012

    • Community College Faculty Survey of Student Engagement (CCFSSE)
      Offered as a companion to CCSSE, CCFSSE is an online survey that invites all faculty teaching credit courses during the CCSSE administration term to contribute their front-line perspectives on student engagement. For more information about CCFSSE membership, visit http://www.ccsse.org/ccfsse/ccfsse.cfm.

    Deadline: CCFSSE registration open until participating college submits the course master data file.

  3. Invoices for CCSSE 2013 will be sent to the college president on March 1, 2013, with payment due May 1, 2013.
