How To Join for 2012
| The deadline to register for the 2012 CCSSE administration is November 1, 2011, or the point at which 2012 CCSSE membership reaches 350 colleges. Even colleges that participate on a regular cycle, have pre-paid, or have indicated on a previous agreement form that they want to participate must complete online registration. To register for CCSSE 2012, please follow the steps described below. |

Eligibility
Membership in CCSSE is available to all accredited associate degree-granting institutions.
Membership Deadline
The deadline to register for the 2012 CCSSE administration is November 1, 2011, or the point at which 2012 CCSSE membership reaches 350 colleges.
How To Join
To participate in the 2012 national survey administration, follow these steps.
| Step 1: | Review “Membership
Options” for information about membership categories, fees, and discount options. |
| Step 2: | Complete the online Institutional
Membership Form. |
| Step 3: | When the membership form
is complete and correct, select the “Submit” button.
You can return to this form as needed to fill in information.

| Step 4: | Print the membership agreement
form and obtain the college CEO’s signature and date.

| Step 5: |
Mail or fax the signed membership agreement
form to CCSSE. |
