Services for Member Colleges
Membership in one of the Center surveys includes not only survey administration benefits such as survey administration procedure guides, sample selection and survey materials during a particular year, but also entitles member colleges to a variety of services for a period of three years. This is also the period during which the college’s survey data will remain in the Center’s national database (the 3-year cohort).
Membership Fees for Year of Administration (Year One) Include the Following:
- Survey procedure guides, sample selection, and survey materials.
- Real-time assistance for college contacts– online or by telephone.
- Survey response scoring, data analysis, and electronic raw data file (encrypted).
- Delivery of survey results, including standard and custom reports and via the Center’s electronic reporting websites.
Membership Fees Include the Following (Years One, Two and Three):
- Access (password-protected) to the “Members Only” section of the website providing online resources including: communications templates, accreditation and focus group toolkits, and a variety of resources for using Center survey results for institutional improvement.
- Free copies of the Center’s national reports, defining survey benchmarks and focusing on trends and issues for community and technical colleges.
- Free copies of the Center’s periodic newsletters, including Engagement Matters, Talking SENSE and Listen Up!, each featuring research findings, Center services, and promising practices from member colleges.
- Workshops to help colleges understand their survey data and to use those data for improving student learning and retention.
- Free registration for the annual Center workshop conducted in conjunction with NISOD.
- Opportunities to participate in Student Success Institutes.
Fees for Customized Center Workshops
Center staff will provide workshops tailored for single institutions, systems, states, regions, or other organizations. Topics may include introducing Center data in the institution, communicating Center survey results to internal and external groups, understanding and using these results for improvement, and so on.

Half-day or less (up to 3 hours): |
$5,000.00 - includes workshop, travel expenses for Center staff, workshop preparation, and Center-provided materials. |
Full-day (up to 6 hours): |
$6,000.00 - includes workshop, travel expenses for Center staff, workshop preparation, and Center-provided materials. |
