2014 CCSSE Registration

To complete the registration process for the CCSSE administration, complete the following steps.

To access the online membership form, make the appropriate selection below depending on whether the college is a new or returning participant.
Provide registration contact information. Upon submission of this information, the registration contact will receive an e-mail containing a unique registration password. If the college needs to return to the membership form, use the registration contact e-mail address and registration password to access the membership form from this page.
Complete the membership form by providing institutional information and membership options, and submit the form to the Center for processing.
Submit a CCSSE Institutional Membership and Agreement Form signed by the college president to the Center. Agreement forms are generated once the membership form has been submitted.
